Church Cafeteria Plan

We will draft a Cafeteria plan for your church that is defined under Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code. This plan will allow each participant to select among cash and one or more qualified non-taxable benefits.

This service will include a benefit plan package, summary plan documents, and benefits forms. We will also assist the plan administrator in set-up.
