Shipping: Most items shipped in the continental United States are sent via USPS unless otherwise requested. Items are generally shipped within 7 business days, based on product availability. Backordered items will be shipped as they become available.

Return Policy: You must contact us for a return authorization number. Items may be returned within 10 days of receipt for full credit. Credit granted for merchandise, not freight. Audio tapes or CDs can only be returned if the package seal has not been broken.
