Within the last few days, you should have received an email to set-up your password for your online CyberCabinet. If this step has not been completed, please follow the steps below:
- Review and Accept the “User Agreement”
- Enter your Login: 103485@xxxxxxx
- Click on “Forgot Password” and follow the directions
- You will then receive an email with your temporary password
- Return to the login page and login using your temporary password and reset to a password of our choice.
- Your Cyber Cabinet will now be ready to use.

The state organizer is essential and should be included with your other tax material. Not every state requires a worksheet, but most do. To check to see if your state requires a worksheet and to obtain yours; you can follow the link above. A complete list and worksheets are available. Unfortunately, you will need to print and complete them by hand. They are not available in an editable PDF.

Important Tax Deadlines
January 15, 2020
4th Quarter 2019 Estimated Tax Payment Due
Clergy that have fourth-quarter income may be required you to pay quarterly estimated taxes, get them postmarked by January 15, 2020 tax deadline.
June 15, 2020
For your 2019 tax return to be on time, you must have your tax material in our office by July 1, 2020, to guarantee completion by July 15, 2020. An automatic extension will be filed on tax material received after June 15, 2020.
July 15, 2020
Individual Tax Returns Due for Tax Year 2019
If you haven’t applied for an extension, e-file or postmark your individual tax returns by midnight July 15, 2020.
Individual Tax Return Extension Form Due for Tax Year 2019
Need more time to prepare your tax return? File your request for a tax extension by July 15 to push your tax deadline back to October 15, 2020.
1st Quarter 2020 Estimated Tax Payment Due
Clergy that have first-quarter income that requires you to pay quarterly estimated taxes, get your Form 1040-ES postmarked by April 15, 2020 tax deadline.
Federal estimated taxes can be paid at https://www.irs.gov/payments. Estimated state taxes can be paid through most state department of revenue websites. If not, you may need to mail in your payment.
Last Day to make a 2019 IRA Contribution
If you haven’t already funded your retirement account for 2019, do so by April 15, 2020. That’s the deadline for a contribution to a traditional IRA, deductible or not, and a Roth IRA.
